A high-temperature lubricant and anti-seize compound that protects metal components from corrosion, rust, water, heat and acid. Capable of withstanding extreme temperatures, this grease is also enhanced with graphite for even better lubrication across the entire temperature range.

High temperature anti-seize protection up to 1100°C
outstanding overall metal protection against heat, rust, seizure and corrosion. Resistance to water and acids is high and it will not burn off under extreme stress. For use on threaded components, pins, valve stems in a range of materials including austenitic stainless steel.

The Loctite Anti-Seize Copper Lubricant protects metal parts from rust, corrosion & galling. It is resistant to temperatures up to 980°C and is suitable for use on exhaust bolts, brake calliper bolts, steam valve threads etc.

Copper Grease
Copper Grease is a premium quality grease designed specifically for use on moving metal parts for protection against heat, seizure, corrosion, water and acid. Once applied the product forms a protective film which will not burn or wash off. Copper Grease will help to prevent disc brake squeal when applied directly to callipers and the back of the disc pads. Other uses include exhaust manifold nuts, bolts and studs, wheel nuts and bolts, protection of battery terminals, greasing universal joints, steering and suspension equipment.
Copper Grease should not be applied to friction materials or discs.

What is Copper Grease?
Copper Grease is pure copper and solid lubricant based Anti Seize Compound designed to prevent seizure of threaded connection and mating surface due to high temperature operations, corrosive atmospheres and moisture ingression. It is fully resistance to brine water, chemicals, mild acids, alkalis, steam and protects threads from seizure, stripping and corrosion after long operational hours under adverse conditions.
Copper Grease Lubricants
Copper grease is available in various formats depending on the type of application. A Three In One Copper Grease lubricant spray is the most common type of product supplied to industry. We also supply two other copper slip sprays for high temperature applications such as brake pads. An anti seize copper grease compound tin is available in 500gm and 300kg weights. Less well known is the Locktite copper grease stick which we can also supply.

Where Not To Use Copper Grease
When used as a anti brake squeal aid for motor vehicles, Copper Grease must never be used on the friction side of the brake disk. Copper Grease must only be applied to the back of brake pads. For more information, please see our Copper Grease And Brake Pads page.
